Cluster Employment is designed to support employers with shared part-time business needs by creating full time positions.

This concept is directed to increase opportunities for attraction and retention of qualified talent in rural     communities across Atlantic Canada. The model sees us working with employers in rural communities where access to talent is sometimes a major issue. 

 Cluster Employment looks to take the shared business needs of 2-3 employers and offer employees a full time position (and all the benefits that come with an FTE).  


P4G works with 2-3 different employers while identifying your organizations unique talent needs and forms a cluster of 2-3 employers to form a full time position.
